In early 2021, AGM University engaged Peak Portfolio to help rapidly build up their IT organization and select technology platforms for the US subsidiary.
Priority one was selecting a new enterprise (ERP) and student (SIS) platform for the US subsidiary. We leveraged our standard vendor selection process to help AGMU select the right partner for their current stage of growth and negotiated a long-term relationship. The implementation effort is now underway and we are providing program management to ensure a successful delivery and business transformation.
Additionally, Peak has been advising the IT leadership team and helping to rapidly grow the IT organization to support the US subsidiary’s business objectives.
